Who we are

TripEagle is run by BK Software Development LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, trading as TripEagle ("we"). These terms cover the founding pass and nothing else. TripEagle itself will have its own terms when it opens.

What a founding pass is

One Trip Pass, yours to attach to a trip as soon as passes can be attached to trips. TripEagle isn't open yet, so you're paying ahead for a pass you'll use later. A pass is bought once, attaches to one trip, and isn't a subscription.

Who sells it

Link is the seller of the founding pass. Link, part of Stripe, runs the checkout, takes the payment, handles tax, and sends your receipt. Its own terms cover the payment. The charge shows on your statement as LINK.COM* TRIPEAGLE.

Refunds

Refundable for 30 days, and at any time before a founding pass can be attached to a trip. The refund page says how to ask.

What you may not upload

No illegal images are allowed on TripEagle. If we find any on an account, we'll close the account without a refund, whatever the refund promise above says.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our liability to you for a founding pass is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll date each update here. An update won't take away anything a pass you've already bought gives you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
