Who we are

This site is run by BK Software Development LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, trading as TripEagle ("we"). This policy covers this site, the founding pass and the product analytics below.

What we collect

• The talk-to-me form. Your email address, your name and what you tell us about your trip. They reach us as one email, and we use them only to write back to you.
• Email. What you send to hello@tripeagle.app, to answer it.
• Visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Turnstile, on the form, may store what it needs to tell a person from a bot.
• A founding pass. Link takes your payment details; we never see your card. We see the name and email address you paid with, and what you bought.
• Product analytics. PostHog receives how the studio is used and a trip's milestones, such as a member joining it. Each is identified by a one-way hash of the planner's email address, never the address itself, and uses no cookies. We send nothing from trip sites.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs Turnstile (the check that keeps bots out of the form), Web Analytics, and Email Routing, which forwards mail to our inbox.
• Stripe and Link take payment for a founding pass. Link is the seller, and its own privacy policy covers the payment.
• PostHog counts how the studio is used and a trip's milestones, so we can see where planners get stuck.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@tripeagle.app. We keep form messages and email only as long as we need them to talk with you, and payment records as long as the law requires.
