Acceptable use

This policy is part of TripEagle's terms, and covers everyone on a trip: its organizer, co-planners, travelers and guests.

What you may not do

• Put anything illegal on a trip.
• Put sexual content involving minors on a trip, ever.
• Put up someone else's photos or images without the right to share them.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, on a trip or through it.
• Use a trip's invitations as spam: invite the people who are going on the trip or following it, and no one else.
• Scrape TripEagle, attack it, or try to get into a trip or an account that isn't yours.

What happens if you do

We act on the person who broke this policy, not on the trip. First, what they put up is removed. If it is serious, or it happens again, they have their membership revoked or their account closed.

The trip and its pass carry on for everyone else. A pass is lost only when its organizer is the one in breach.

Reporting

A member can report a photo or a comment on their trip, and the trip's planners can remove it. A report that says the item is illegal or harms someone reaches us at once. Anything else, write to hello@tripeagle.app. Copyright notices go to copyright@tripeagle.app.
